Here is new job that we just finished. This is a 22' Morgan stake side body on a Hino Chassis with a Palfinger 2500 lb tukaway liftgate.
This customer needed a good way to keep things tied down we we paired this truck with cargo ratchet straps which are able to slide up and down along the bed rail.
This bed has a Apitong hardwood floor attached at every cross member with floor screws. This type of flooring is very resistant to decay, has the highest strength to weight ratio of any commercially harvested wood, and provides years of abuse!
Here is a picture of the bi-folding platform on the tukaway. There are a couple side steps which provide entry with the platform up or down.
We installed a shut off switch in the cab for the liftgate to prevent unwanted usage of the liftgate.

Here is a package we put together recently. The customer wanted an Reading aluminum service body and a stainless steel ladder rack.
Pafco fabricated the stainless steel ladder rack from 1.5" square tubing using 304 stainless. Paired with ratchet straps, this rack is ready for rugged concrete contractor use.

Now that Ford has had an aluminum truck out for while, customers are wanting to pair an aluminum service body with these trucks. With all aluminum and stainless construction, this unit should stay this good looking for years to come!
This job is just getting finished up! The truck is for a school district that needed a way to haul it's band equipment around. This van body is an actual "bandwagon."
The customer requested side skirts to detour rambunctious students from trying to take a shortcut underneath the truck(which happens so they say). Anyway, it really dresses up the body!
Here is a view of the inside of the body. There is "E" track along the sides to tie instruments up and angle iron on the sides which will support a drum transfer plate.
The sun is kind of glaring on this one... but rear frame is stainless and will stay looking nice for a long, long time.

Here is a topper we just finished for a customer. This is an aluminum topper with a ladder rack, a bed slide style tray for storage, LED interior lighting, and aluminum storage shelves in the sides with organizer bins. This unit will definitely be nice to work out of!

The pull out drawer unit is a Weatherguard PackRat. This drawer unit is built to fill full of tools or supplies and to haul things on top too.
These are the organizer bins. Anyone of these can be remove as simply as lifting one out. The shelves that hold the trays are extruded aluminum for light weight yet strong support.

Here's a job we just finished for Watchfire. Watchfire builds and sells LED signs. These signs can range from fairly small to larger than bill boards and sides of buildings. Watchfire needed some demo trucks that could house some of their signs to transport them to customer locations. These demo trucks will be used to give examples of what a sign would look like on a new location. Check out their website below!
The signs will occupy the entire door opening on both sides of the van body.
Here is a view from the inside. The customer already had a generator for the signs so we wired in the doors straight to the generator.

Here is a super functional cantilever liftgate on a job we just finished! Cantilever liftgates give operators the ability to access the rear door and cargo space without having to lower an original style gate to the ground before climbing over it to get inside.
Here it is unfolded and lowered on the ground. The gate has a nice gentle taper for carts to roll up on.
Cantilever liftgates come with dual cart stops. Oftentimes, customers are using these liftgates to lift carts with their products or supplies. The cart stop makes it easy to keep the cart from rolling off the end of the liftgate. Also, they are super easy to operate!

The customer needed a bulk head/partition. We paired them with a Ranger galvanized partition. It really puts a finished look to the van and most of all provides a wall of safety between the driver and the cargo!
Here's a nice delivery rig that we just finished up! The body is a 16ft Morgan Gold Star Reefer aluminum insulated van body
The van body is paired with a Thermo-King Model T-680R-50 Refrigerator/Freezer unit. This unit has a 230V Electric Standby so the customer can keep things cool at the dock without running the engine.
This body has a stainless steel rear frame. Over the course of 15-20yrs, most users will repaint the rear frame of their truck at least once. The cost to repaint the rear frame once is about the cost difference between stainless steel and paint steel. So if you are planning on running a rig for a while and want it to look nice, stainless rear frames seem like a no brainer!
The customer needed a liftgate with large platform and capacity to lift heavy loads of ravioli. We pair them with a Palfinger Model ILT-35 with a 3500lb lift capacity. This tuck-away liftgate allows the customer to load at locations with a dock and delivery to places were ground unloading is necessary.

Here's a job we just finished! This is a Reading 8ft aluminum service body with diamond plate flip top lids and a tri-coat paint job to match the pearl metallic cab. This beauty turned out great!
The customer specified a spray-in bed liner, rear grab handles, and E-rail.
We also spray-lined the rear bumper. This truck had back-up sensors which we installed into the new bumper. What a great way to keep your truck looking nice for a long time!

With some serious towing needs we paired this customer up with a 20,000lb hitch and 7-way/4-way trailer socket . We also fabricated and spray lined a vise-mount and reinforced it to the frame.
