These trucks were upfitted to accomodate on-site service needs while out on the road, and include an air compressor setup, toolboxes, liftgate, and lighting.  

Mounted in a PAFCO fabricated cage, this Vanair air compressor is plumbed to a air filter/ regulator/ lubricator hidden inside the toolbox and hooked up to a ReelCraft hose reel for efficiency. 

This Tommy Gate G2 Liftgate is a simple but efficient design making it a useful addition to the truck. 

Work lighting and strobes increase safety and make a well lit work environment.

Here's a neat job we finished up! This customer needed a lot of options on his truck, making it a unique setup. 

A closer look at some of the intricate mechanics on the inside of the service body. The rear passenger side compartment has a large battery supply linked with a 3500 watt Pure Sine inverter with GFI outlets wired to most of the compartments. The on / off function of the crane is also located in this compartment and is paired with a wireless handheld remote. A VMAC Air filter/ regulator/ lubricator is also mounted and plumbed into a ReelCraft hose reel. 

We installed C-Tech drawer units to make hauling tools as simple and organized as possible. These drawers are designed and tested to handle severe vibration making them the best option for on-road applications. ​

This AutoCrane EHC 32 has a 3200 lb capacity. The customer uses this to lift pumps out of the ground. 

The VMAC G30 is a lightweight, quiet air compressor that maximizes onsite versatility and is built to withstand on-road vibrations. There is also an additional 10 Gallon air receiver tank located on the frame underneath the truck. 

This PAFCO custom fabricated ladder rack includes rack straps, removable cross bars, heavy mesh window protector, and the back half is made to be fully  removable for the complete utilization of the crane.

Here is a job we did for a water waste company where the customer requested some custom fabrication and mounting with his new van body. We installed two C-Tech drawer units, E-track, and diamond plated doors and flooring to allow for a safe and easy cleaning process. 

A closer look at the drawer units and shelving. Each one of these C-Tech units is capable of handling up to 250 lbs per drawer. The ball bearing slides on these drawers are designed and tested to withstand severe vibration which makes them the perfect fit for an on-road application. 

LED light strips for added brightness. These are mounted on every roof bow, and wired to a conveniently located switch near the rear door. 

Custom tread plate flooring and doors with fabricated floor pockets for the customer's utilization. These were designed to perfectly nest his boxes and crates.

Here is a job we outfitted on a Ford F-350 84" cab to axle including a Cadet stake side flat bed, Tommy Gate lift gate, and hitch. 

This Tommy Gate liftgate has an optional bi-fold platform, and above deck capabilities. This gate can lift up to 2,500 lbs to different dock heights, bed heights, and the ground. The aluminum version of this liftgate holds up well to the elements, and cuts down on weight.

We added a 20,000 lb capcity hitch with a 2 1/2" receiver allowing for a higher threshold of towing options. The aluminum skirt on the back of this liftgate looks sharp!

Removable stake sides make accessing the bed as easy as ever!
