2025 Ford F-350 truck with an Adrian truck cap, 26" Hatch Door w/mechanical locks on 8' bed.

17" D toolboxes on each side of the truck cap.  There are different toolbox options.  You can leave the toolbox open to maximize storage space- config-05 (picture on the left) or add dividers for designated tools-config-06 (picture on the right).

The truck cap allows for you to have room in your bed for more storage.  With this nice topper, you can keep your tools protected!  The loop handle on the topper door allows for easy access to close it.

Pafco's workbench bumper is designed and built in house from start to finish by our team.  ​Our heavy-duty bumper is made entirely from precision cut 3/16" plate steel and provides a 20"x 90" work space. All other construction is from 11-gauge steel. The bumper contains a through compartment with access doors on both sides. Bumper includes a 1/2" vise mount plate.

Driver side door on bumper. The anchor compression latches are corrosion resistant.  When locked, the handle cannot be lifted open.  The latches can be locked and a set of keys is provided.  On the driver side, there are screws on the bumper for the licenses plate.

Passenger side door on workbench bumper.  Above the passenger side door on the bumper is a vise mount plate.  LED bullet lights are spread across the back of the bumper adding more lighting.   

A customer recently purchased a Maxon C2 liftgate and installed it on their 2019 Ford F-250.  The liftgate in this picture has an aluminum platform. You can also purchase these with steel platforms. 

In this picture, you can see that bumpers were added to the liftgate. These help to protect the platform from scratching. These do not come with the liftgate but are an option.  The bumpers come in a set of 4 or a set of 6. 

This side view gives you a close up view of the brackets that are bolted to the liftgate.  These brackets are shipped with the liftgate and are specific to the make, year and model of your truck. 

If you are looking for a light duty and easy to install liftgate, Maxon's C2 liftgates are a great option!

This is a custom job we did recently on a Reading Classic II body. It has some unique features such as a Vanair Underdeck system and some custom RC boxes. Other additional accessories were also added to complete the truck. The customer does airport runway lighting and needed this custom setup for full service and versatility on the jobsite. 

Above are photos of the Vanair Underdeck system. The apparatus is composed of a compressor and generator, and all the controls are located in one of the service body compartments. The compressor goes up to 160 CFM and the generator has an output of 6.6 KW. Power is provided to the system hydraulically via the PTO. 

Custom RC basket boxes were designed for additional storage. We spaced them up for installation to keep water from sitting between the side pack and the basket. RC makes custom boxes to fit the needs of each customer as well as multiple different variations of standard boxes which can be found here. 

Shown in the top two photos is the strobe lightbar and its controller. Compartment lighting is a nice feature that makes finding that missing tool a little bit easier. 

The air supply from the Underdeck system runs conveniently to a small hatch in the rear of the truck. This hatch keeps the air fittings in pristine condition rather than letting them rust or corrode out in the weather. As you can see in the top right, there is a Reelcraft retractable air hose reel tucked away in the compartment providing just the right length of hose when needed. Additionally, there is a Reelcraft fuel hose mounted on top of the side pack tied to a Weatherguard fuel tank. This makes for easy refueling when on the jobsite.

For protection, we added diamond plate chip guards to keep the truck from getting scratched up. The entire bed of the service body, bumper, and custom basket boxes were spray lined as a durable protective coating. 

A Xantrex power intverter was placed in the passenger side horizontal compartment for a quick plug in. This makes charging your tools as easy as ever and keeps your battery from getting to low with an automatic low voltage shut off. 

Finally, a look at all of the combined storage available on the service body. Tested for road vibration, and equipped with a worthy reputation, a C-tech drawer unit was added for more consolidated and organized storage.

Here is a look at some new equipment that has recently come to the work truck industry. This is the Ranger Trazer product line which is a module based setup. Get the rack, the boxes, or the over the cab extension as separate pieces, or get them as a package. 

Above is a closer look at the boxes and rack. The Trazer setup has preinstalled rack straps for easy cargo management, and comes with a shelf in one of the boxes for storage. The boxes will hold ranger bins for quick organization, or if you've got some Milwaukee Packout gear, it will fit nicely on the lower shelf.

Here is a neat project that one of our customers outfitted! They utilized RC stainless steel toolboxes that we supplied. These boxes were custom designed specific for the customer. You can view some of the standard RC boxes on our website here, or feel free to give us a call to get a quote!

The boxes were installed on a raised fixture to avoid corrosion. There is a mirror finish stainless both on the boxes as well as other features on the truck. This provides a superior finish compared to other trucks on the road.

Here is a job we recently finished up which bears a lot of resemblance to a flatbed, but has compartments similar to a service body. This makes it a very versatile work truck. 

Prebuilt into the bed, there are LED work lights in both the bulkhead and rear skirt of the truck. This truck provides two long compartments on each side with side opening storage as well as a top opening tray. We installed a C-Tech drawer unit in the front compartment which provides quality mobile storage. All the compartments feature electric locking with a key fob.

Here is a flatbed with a few additions that we recently finished up! We added custom built flip down sides per customer request, and made a sign on the back that is tied in with the lights. This flatbed also has a gooseneck hitch for towing. 

The fuel was relocated behind  the wheel, and the DEF was tucked out of the way behind the bulkhead of the flatbed. 

This large construction company needed strobes added for a safe work environment. We also designed a sign  for them to fill a gap between the hitch plate and flatbed. It is tied in to the tail lights. 

We installed RC underbody toolboxes on this truck for quality storage. Viewed in the bottom left photo, you can also see we installed recessed D-rings for tying down pallets or items on the bed. Not only did we install these in the bulkhead, but there are also six D-rings mounted in the flatbed as well.

Here is a service truck we recently outfitted. It has a Reading Cranemaster body and a Palfinger crane. 

We installed C-Tech units in multiple of the compartments on this body, which provide quality mobile storage. We also custom designed a compartment in the front of the bed that passes through the entire body, and is accessible from either front vertical door. Designed for the customer's needs, we fabricated a tank holder for welding gas. Finally, the work bumper has a vise and the compartment adds additional storage for longer, smaller items. 

The air system is made up of a Vanair PRO-35 reciprocating air compressor, a air filter regulator lubricator, and Reelcraft air hose reel. The air filter regulator lubricator filters the air and enables you to adjust air pressure and lubricate your air tools. 

Unique to this truck is the electric/ hydraulic system it runs on rather than PTO. The customer will be using this truck for service mostly indoors, so rather than a noisy truck running and producing fumes, this truck's service capabilities function entirely from the battery system we set up.

Here is a job we recently finished up with a service body, and some personalized options that the customer requested. This bed has a spray-in liner, strobe system, and chip guards to name a few. 

Standard shelving is supplied in all the compartments, and a C-Tech drawer unit was installed for quality mobile storage.

A headache rack was fabricated to protect the back windshield and secure the overhead strobe light. Placed directly behind the cab is diamond plate aluminum for chip guards. We also installed aluminum treadplate on the top of the side packs which protects against scratching or dents, and provides a convenient place to work or set your tools.

This hitch/ bumper combination was fabricated and painted in house. It provides a convenient step into the back of the body, and includes a 2-1/2" receiver, pintle hitch, and D-rings.
