This truck just left today. It has a 3000 series Hillsboro aluminum flatbed with under-body boxes and a Boss 9'2" Poly "V" plow. This bed has a chamfered style rear end with LED lighting throughout the body. All Hillsboro aluminum beds feature an extruded aluminum floor which adds alot of strength to the surface you use all the time. This prevents the sagging that is commonly seen between cross members and keeps you bed looking great for years of hard use. We also installed an LED flasher on top of the cab for some visibility while plowing. The Boss 9'2" Poly "V" is a plow meant to move alot of snow. This plow has flared wings which really helps throw the snow. The poly surface (which is red in the picture) is slick and helps the snow slide off the plow better. If you are a snow plow operator in Illinois then you are probably antiquated with sticky snow. Poly plows are build for sticky snow and help keep the snow sliding instead of hanging up on your plow. Thanks for checking out the post!

Here is a Reading Classic II that we just finished up. This is a steel body mounted on a 2019 F250 and is painted to match the Ford factory Silver Metallic. A close up of the paint since it just looks gray in the sun. The metallic puts a nice sparkle to this truck. Here are couple pictures of the overall truck. We installed some gas bottle racking in this body so the customer could bring his torch along. This body has powder coated white interior which really makes the inside of the compartments bright, while providing durably that a mechanic or technician can appreciate. Here's a close up of the passenger side, rear grab handle and LED Flasher. Grab handles are a simplistic way to make ease of entry to the inside of the bed. This flasher is 1 of 4 with a flasher in each corner of the truck all wired into one factory switch in the cab. Here is a close up of the rear recessed bumper, backup camera & light, backup sensors, and display in the cab. A recessed bumper makes hooking up trailer's a little easier and also makes changing the receiver hitches more accessible. The Reading standard tailgate is a slam action gate. We put an aluminum trim piece over the edge on this body so the customer does not have to worry about scratching up the paint as things get slid over.
Just as a note going into the new year, we are stocking extra steel and aluminum service bodies for the end of the year. If you are looking at getting a body before the end of the year give us a call! We've been on the busy side so I'm a little behind on with blogging. Here is an Adrian Steel lock smith van package. However, the customer wanted his own spin on things so we did some modifications to the base package and I thought I would show it to you! Driver's side view. The customer wanted us to raise the shelving up so it would be easier for him to work at his bench. A view of the passenger side of the van. We also installed rope lighting on the ceiling with an on/off switch located on the bulk head and a data file located between the driver and passenger seats. Rope lighting is a great way to get good lighting, evenly distributed so there aren't so many shadows at a relatively low price tag. We recommend rope lighting to most of our customer's that are working out of their van. Thanks again for looking!
