We just finished up this unique job! It's a Ford Transit, 1 ton, cab chassis that we paired with a flat bed and stake sides. The bed on this van is a little lower than waist high which makes for easy loading and unloading. A view of the rear including the backup camera, ICC bumper, and mud flaps. The stake sides all are removable. These sides remove by lifting them out of stake pockets around the perimeter of the bed. Once the sections are placed in the pockets they all latch into each other with a "quick-latch" mechanism. This helps insure they stay where they belong! Thanks for looking! Feel free to give us a call or a comment if you have any questions about a project you would like to put to together.

Here is another job we just finished. This 24 ft van body is custom painted to match the Ford factory silver metallic. It really turned out sharp The interior has a hardwood floor, hardwood scuff rail, ply-wood lined, 2 rows of e-track, and LED dome lights. A view of the side, the rear ICC bumper, the roll-up door and dock plate. Thanks for looking!
Here is a Chevy Express Van that we made into a pharmaceutical delivery van. This van will be delivering pharmaceuticals to people's homes so they don't have to go to the pharmacy to pick up their prescriptions. There are 4 locking compartments with slide out drawers at the rear and side van doors. To gain full access to stored items, these drawers slide out completely. Here is a close up of the key pad entry and another view of the side of the van. Each of the 8 doors have their own key pad entry locking system. These are all programmed the same code but could be programmed differently. Because the product is expensive and legal only to the prescription holder, the customer needed additional security. Thanks for looking! We specialize in the creating solutions to customers needs. We would be happy to discuss you ideas and help you be more efficient and effective in your business!
Here is a job we finished for a roofing company. This truck got a ladder rack and two sets of rack straps. Adrian load runner ladder racks are nice sturdy ladder racks. Often times our customers will buy new trucks and ask to have them switched over because they are still very functional. The ratchet style rack straps are very functional and help save time on the job. They are also simple with little to go wrong. We stock these ladder racks for almost all full size pickup bed and cab lengths. Thanks again for checking out the post!
Here is a neat service body we just finished. Its a Reading, low profile, Classic II service body. The customer wanted to be able to pull his goose neck trailer and the low side packs accommodate this need. We installed a hose reel inside the rear compartment with an outlet in the rear. The bed has a B&W goose neck(flip over) ball hitch in the bed for the customer's trailer along with a 7-way socket. The bed also has a spray liner for added durability. The recessed bumper is also spraylined and we incorporated an additional 7-way trailer socket and the backup camera. We installed a 20,000 lbs 2.5in receiver hitch on this unit as the customer pulls some larger loads. When it comes to being effective out in the field it's the little things that save time and energy that often give the user a cutting edge. This body has key fob locking and LED interior lighting which are both time savers and just give the operator a head start. This customer also needs to take a ladder periodically so we paired him with some removable side ladder racks that slide in and out of pockets on the front and back of the body. Towing over-sized loads slowly can have risks. To help mitigate some of this risk, we installed a 4-corner LED flasher setup for this customer. Triggering the switch in the cab is all that is needed to let traffic know you are in the area. These lights are very effective and bright. We installed a drawer unit on the drivers side compartment for tools. What a great way to get organized! Thanks again for looking and feel free to give us a call if you have any questions or ideas you would like to execute on your truck!
Here's a flatbed that just left today. The bed has stake sides which are removable and extra storage in the form of a chest box and side boxes. We added a couple of pull out side steps to allow for ease of entry onto the bed. These just pull out and swing down. They add a cost effective safe entry! Some of the Weather Guard storage boxes on the bed. We welded up a rear apron style tow plate and bumper with a 7-way trailer socket and safety tow hooks. We also installed 3M Conspicuity Tape on the sides to provide visibility and safety to the driver and the rig. Thank as always for checking out the post!
Here is a package we finished putting together for the City of Washington. This unit has a Reading Classic II dual wheel service body, a 17,000 lbs hitch with a recessed bumper, vise mount, and a Rev pack installed in front of the body. Rev packs are a great way to increase your storage area for longer tools. This one is a steel powder coated box with stainless steel doors. Here are some views of a vise mount we fabricated up. We also reinforced this bumper to the frame to handle the "torque" that might get applied to this vise! Here is a view of how this customer gets organized for success out in the field. We also installed an inverter in one of the front compartments so the customer can run tools or charge battery power tools while on the go. Thanks for checking out the post! Feel free to post questions or give us a call!
We recently installed some Weather Guard tool boxes on this pickup truck. Weather makes some great truck boxes that are known for their durability, security, and long lasting finish. A few more pictures of the install on this frosty morning. Here are a few views of the fuel tank and FILL-RITE fuel pump and nozzle. Thanks for checking out the post!.
Here is a smaller van body that we just finished up. This is an aluminum body with bonded sides(meaning no rivets across the sides). We also installed a nose cone on the front of this body which really helps with fuel mileage. A view of the bonded side This body has plywood lining, laminated hardwood floor, tread plate rear entrance, translucent roof, LED interior lighting, and recessed, rotating "D" rings for securing cargo. The stainless steel rear frame and aluminum underbody boxes resist corrosion very well and should stay looking great for a long time! When it comes to van bodies there are so many options. We will do some posts later to highlight some of them but if you very have an questions feel free to give us a call! Thanks again for looking!
Tis the season to plow so we thought we would show another plow truck we finished up recently. Here are a few pictures of the dump bed. This truck has a 9ft Air Flow dump bed with an electric over hydraulic power unit. Electric over hydraulic power units and hoists are becoming increasingly popular on this size of truck. Popularity stems from reliability, minimal maintenance requirements, small size of the unit, ease of service, and relativity low cost. The plow is a Boss 9'2" wide poly "V" plow. This is a great plow to move alot of snow! Thanks for checking out the post!
