Transit Cab Chassis and Stake Bed

We just finished up this unique job! It's a Ford Transit, 1 ton, cab chassis that we paired with a flat bed and stake sides. The bed on this van is a little lower than waist high which makes for easy loading and unloading.

The stake sides all are removable. These sides remove by lifting them out of stake pockets around the perimeter of the bed. Once the sections are placed in the pockets they all latch into each other  with a "quick-latch" mechanism. This helps insure they stay where they belong!
