Return and Refund Policy
Please contact customer service at 309-699-4613 to initiate a return. Returns are allowed on unused products in unopened, undamaged, packages within 10 days of initial purchase. There is a 35% restocking fee for all returned items. The customer will assume responsibility for all freight charges on returned items. The cost of the items less the cost of freight and restocking fee will be refunded to the customer's credit/debit card within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.
All products containing a gas engine are unavailable for shipping to California addresses due to current CARB requirements. If merchandise with a gas engine is purchased using a California shipping address, the customer will assume all processing fees totaling to 6% of the product price when or if the product is refunded.
