Here is a job we recently finished up for a medical supply company. They will be transporting oxygen tanks in the rack, and hauling other miscellaneous medical supplies. We installed a diamond plate aluminum floor to provide traction and durability. E-track was secured for tie-downs both on the added support posts (driver side) and on the shelf (passenger side). The customer supplied tank rack was also fastened into the van near the side door for easy access.

Here is a shelving package we just installed in a Ram Promaster Van. The package includes a bulk head, 2 shelves, and a parts keeper organizer storage cabinet. Here is a view of the bulk and the parts keeper organizer storage cabinet. The bulk head is made from galvanized steel and has a walk through door. The parts keeper organizer storage cabinet has 8 carrying cases that store securely and can quickly be pulled and carried into the job. Here are some views of the carrying cases. Within each case are individual boxes that fit tightly together but can be moved around so the boxes can be setup just how the technician Here are views of the 2 shelves. The drivers side has a longer shelf to utilize the entire side of the van and the passenger side shelf fills the entire wall of the van too. Here is another view of the rear of the van. Thanks for checking out the post! We do offer Ranger Van equipment online which can ship directly to your shop or house if you prefer to do the installation.
Here is a Chevy Express Van that we made into a pharmaceutical delivery van. This van will be delivering pharmaceuticals to people's homes so they don't have to go to the pharmacy to pick up their prescriptions. There are 4 locking compartments with slide out drawers at the rear and side van doors. To gain full access to stored items, these drawers slide out completely. Here is a close up of the key pad entry and another view of the side of the van. Each of the 8 doors have their own key pad entry locking system. These are all programmed the same code but could be programmed differently. Because the product is expensive and legal only to the prescription holder, the customer needed additional security. We've been on the busy side so I'm a little behind on with blogging. Here is an Adrian Steel lock smith van package. However, the customer wanted his own spin on things so we did some modifications to the base package and I thought I would show it to you! Driver's side view. The customer wanted us to raise the shelving up so it would be easier for him to work at his bench. A view of the passenger side of the van. We also installed rope lighting on the ceiling with an on/off switch located on the bulk head and a data file located between the driver and passenger seats. Rope lighting is a great way to get good lighting, evenly distributed so there aren't so many shadows at a relatively low price tag. We recommend rope lighting to most of our customer's that are working out of their van. Thanks again for looking!
After looking through our blog it looks like we should have some posts on van equipment! Here is a small fleet of vans we just completed. Upon reviewing the options, customer wanted Weatherguard van shelving, bulkheads/partitions, and ladder racks. We installed this equipment on the customers Ford Transit 350s. A view of the final product installed and ready for work. Here is a view of the bulkhead/partition. Like most van equipment, there are lots of options with bulkheads/partitions. This one is a steel partition with perforations so the driver can see into the rear cargo area. Some of the other options include, solid steel, aluminum, composite, windows, no door, hinging door, or sliding door or almost any other configuration that you can think up. The main thing is that you have one in your work van. In a crash, a bulkhead could likely be the only thing between you and a reciprocating saw traveling 50mph. The customer needed some added security to protect their equipment. We paired these vans with "puck" style maximum security locks. These locks have brackets which are secured to each door. When the doors are shut these brackets are aligned, the "puck" is manually nested over them, and a locking pin goes through the holes in the brackets. This is a great solution to take your van to the next level of security! When it comes to ladder racks, there are so many options. I'll do some posts later showcasing some of them. However, these racks are basic 3 bar ladder racks. There is nothing fancy about them but they are very functional. They are very safe way to transport your long ladders and equipment at a lower price point! Thanks again for looking. If it hasn't been said too many times in this post already, there are lots and lot of options when it comes to van equipment! Feel free to give us a call or leave a comment if you have questions. We would love to help you customize your van!
