We just finished this flatbed up! This is a Hillsboro, 8ft, steel flatbed with a drop down side option. The bed is mounted on a Ford, F350, that had a pickup bed on it originally. All Hillsboro steel flat beds come standard with a goose neck ball hitch built into the bed and a rear hitch to accommodate bumper pull style trailers. This bed has LED stop/tail/turn/ backup lights with additional lights in the bulk head of the bed. Thanks for checking out the post!

We just finished up this unique job! It's a Ford Transit, 1 ton, cab chassis that we paired with a flat bed and stake sides. The bed on this van is a little lower than waist high which makes for easy loading and unloading. A view of the rear including the backup camera, ICC bumper, and mud flaps. The stake sides all are removable. These sides remove by lifting them out of stake pockets around the perimeter of the bed. Once the sections are placed in the pockets they all latch into each other with a "quick-latch" mechanism. This helps insure they stay where they belong! Thanks for looking! Feel free to give us a call or a comment if you have any questions about a project you would like to put to together.
Here's a flatbed that just left today. The bed has stake sides which are removable and extra storage in the form of a chest box and side boxes. We added a couple of pull out side steps to allow for ease of entry onto the bed. These just pull out and swing down. They add a cost effective safe entry! Some of the Weather Guard storage boxes on the bed. We welded up a rear apron style tow plate and bumper with a 7-way trailer socket and safety tow hooks. We also installed 3M Conspicuity Tape on the sides to provide visibility and safety to the driver and the rig. Thank as always for checking out the post!
This truck just left today. It has a 3000 series Hillsboro aluminum flatbed with under-body boxes and a Boss 9'2" Poly "V" plow. This bed has a chamfered style rear end with LED lighting throughout the body. All Hillsboro aluminum beds feature an extruded aluminum floor which adds alot of strength to the surface you use all the time. This prevents the sagging that is commonly seen between cross members and keeps you bed looking great for years of hard use. We also installed an LED flasher on top of the cab for some visibility while plowing. The Boss 9'2" Poly "V" is a plow meant to move alot of snow. This plow has flared wings which really helps throw the snow. The poly surface (which is red in the picture) is slick and helps the snow slide off the plow better. If you are a snow plow operator in Illinois then you are probably antiquated with sticky snow. Poly plows are build for sticky snow and help keep the snow sliding instead of hanging up on your plow. Thanks for checking out the post!
Here is new job that we just finished. This is a 22' Morgan stake side body on a Hino Chassis with a Palfinger 2500 lb tukaway liftgate. This customer needed a good way to keep things tied down we we paired this truck with cargo ratchet straps which are able to slide up and down along the bed rail. This bed has a Apitong hardwood floor attached at every cross member with floor screws. This type of flooring is very resistant to decay, has the highest strength to weight ratio of any commercially harvested wood, and provides years of abuse! Here is a picture of the bi-folding platform on the tukaway. There are a couple side steps which provide entry with the platform up or down. We installed a shut off switch in the cab for the liftgate to prevent unwanted usage of the liftgate. Ready to hit the road!
