Here is a service truck we recently outfitted. It has a Reading Cranemaster body and a Palfinger crane. 

We installed C-Tech units in multiple of the compartments on this body, which provide quality mobile storage. We also custom designed a compartment in the front of the bed that passes through the entire body, and is accessible from either front vertical door. Designed for the customer's needs, we fabricated a tank holder for welding gas. Finally, the work bumper has a vise and the compartment adds additional storage for longer, smaller items. 

The air system is made up of a Vanair PRO-35 reciprocating air compressor, a air filter regulator lubricator, and Reelcraft air hose reel. The air filter regulator lubricator filters the air and enables you to adjust air pressure and lubricate your air tools. 

Unique to this truck is the electric/ hydraulic system it runs on rather than PTO. The customer will be using this truck for service mostly indoors, so rather than a noisy truck running and producing fumes, this truck's service capabilities function entirely from the battery system we set up.

Here's a neat job we finished up! This customer needed a lot of options on his truck, making it a unique setup. 

A closer look at some of the intricate mechanics on the inside of the service body. The rear passenger side compartment has a large battery supply linked with a 3500 watt Pure Sine inverter with GFI outlets wired to most of the compartments. The on / off function of the crane is also located in this compartment and is paired with a wireless handheld remote. A VMAC Air filter/ regulator/ lubricator is also mounted and plumbed into a ReelCraft hose reel. 

We installed C-Tech drawer units to make hauling tools as simple and organized as possible. These drawers are designed and tested to handle severe vibration making them the best option for on-road applications. ​

This AutoCrane EHC 32 has a 3200 lb capacity. The customer uses this to lift pumps out of the ground. 

The VMAC G30 is a lightweight, quiet air compressor that maximizes onsite versatility and is built to withstand on-road vibrations. There is also an additional 10 Gallon air receiver tank located on the frame underneath the truck. 

This PAFCO custom fabricated ladder rack includes rack straps, removable cross bars, heavy mesh window protector, and the back half is made to be fully  removable for the complete utilization of the crane.

Here is a neat truck we just finished up! This customer sets up monuments and needs a mid-mounted crane with plenty of deck space and storage for equipment. All the equipment is mounted on a 2020 Chevy, 6500, diesel, cab chassis with a 120" CA. The job really turned out nice!

The rear end is designed to accommodate the customer's removable concrete mixer. This mixer will be able slide on and off as needed. The space in-between the bed frame was also modified to provide storage for equipment.   

We custom painted the Rev Pack to match the 2020 Chevy/Navistar blue/grey metallic. The inside is painted white to be brighter. Stainless shelves are a nice touch and add durability to the areas where tools will be slid on and off.  

The crane is an Auto Crane 6000lbs EHC6 NexStar equipped with a wireless, handheld remote. While the wireless system does had some cost initially, it saves several minutes of working time every time the crane is used. Since there are no cords to get out, unwind, and plug in there is just less work to be done. This crane's wireless system can operate all the crane's functions and is ready to go in seconds.

Here is a view of the driver's side showing the location of the Vmac G30 Rotory screw air compressor(top left), Ctech drawer unit(bottom left), welding reels(top center), and the rear hose reel/air regulator(right). 

The Vmac G30 is a rotory screw air compressor that is capable of producing 30CFM at 100psi. This compressor has optional triple 4 gallon tanks which gives a total of 12 gallons. The tanks are nice for some extra burst capacity but the G30 will still produce 30CFM at 100psi with a 100% duty cycle!

The Reelcraft cable reels are mounted half way down the body. One reel is a grounding cable and the other reel supplies a welding lead. Each reel is capable of reaching 50ft.  The customer has a used welder that they are planning to install behind these reels. 

The hose reel is located in the top of the rear driver's side compartment. The filter/water separator/regulator/lubricator is located just beneath the reel. The reel empties out on the back of the body were it can easily be pulled out up to 25ft.  

The workbench bumper is not only a bumper that provides a flat surface, it also has internal storage for longer tools. This customer had a large piece of machinery that they were wanting to pull so we reinforce this hitch to handle his load!

Here is a neat job we finished up. This Reading 132 Cranebody is mounted on an Ford F550 and paired with an Auto Crane.    

The driver's side of this body has a flip top lid that provides great storage for smaller parts. We put a recessed bumper on this truck which provides easier access to your hitch.  

This body has two large front compartments that are set up for gas tank storage. The compartments are also vented to prevent a buildup of gas should there be a leak. As a note, all Reading bodies come powder coated inside and out. This provides a nice, clean, and durable finish were you store your tools.
